Information, Rules and Needs:

Be praying for the snow! The camp has snow making capabilities for the hill, but it has to be below freezing for a few days to do this. Recreation is all planned. If the ice skating rink is frozen, we’ll have our broomball tournaments. Get names for a team prior to coming. Rules are enclosed too. We will have different age brackets to make the games more fun & fair. We will combine churches to get proper sized teams, if you have just a few males & females wishing to play. We will also have a team of counselors- sign up for all these at registration!

It helps to have students have an idea what they want to try for Saturday’s free time before arriving. Tickets for the paid activities will be on sale when you register- in the Dining Hall. So, make sure kids don’t have that money in the bottom of their suitcases!

Youth may bring cross country skiis and snowboards with them to save rental fees. Review with your group these recreational costs. Even if there is little snow, the camp has so many other recreational opportunities- and many cost nothing. There will be open basket ball, volleyball, & new this year will be a Dodgeball tournament

Students may bring skateboards for the extreme sports, but they cannot be used outdoors or in the sleeping areas.

Please be praying daily for Brian & the our students doing worship, and all the groups attending. God WILL reach & touch the lives of kids & adults in this relaxed and beautiful setting!

NEEDED:

We want to honor the talent that God has given to our youth, so please encourage some to come prepared to share a song, drama, or instrumental. Ask those who normally take part in your church services. Please fill out the enclosed form and bring to registration, to help us plan the worship services.

Do you have an adult who loves to take digital pictures and would do a PowerPoint of the weekend for us for Sunday AM? We all love to see ourselves!!!! Let me know!

We will be asking students to not bring cell phones to the worship times. Follow your own guidelines for usage the rest of the weekend.

I want to stress the importance of not leaving valuables lying around in the rooms. There will be youth with various degrees of spiritual maturity attending and we do not want to provide temptation. Please lock all purses, wallets and money in suitcases. Also remind youth to not take these items to the locker rooms when swimming. There is no way to secure items there!
