The subject for our reflecting at the Youth Leaders’ Retreat is coaching. Coaching is the process of coming alongside a person or team to help them discover God’s purpose for their life and ministry, and then walking with the person so they will submit to the Holy Spirit and see that purpose become a reality. A good coach is intentional. In the three days we will be together, we will unpack the intentionality of a good coach.

If you’re a regular attendee, mark your calendar! If you’ve never come, mark your calendar! This weekend is for YOU- whether you’ve been in youth ministry for decades, or weeks. We will be challenged and blessed in training and worship. There will be times of refreshment through fun and relationships too. Registration materials will be sent to churches in July.
